These terms of use describe the basic rules for browsing the Beautyearthdynam website and for booking consultations from our Helsinki studio. By visiting the site or sending us a message you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
Beautyearthdynam is a small private studio based at Mannerheimintie 12 B, 00100 Helsinki, Finland, offering personal sleep hygiene consultations. References to “we”, “us” or the “Studio” mean Beautyearthdynam. References to “you” mean any visitor of this website or guest of the Studio.
2. Nature of our services
Our consultations focus on routines, habits and environment. They are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. If you are unsure whether our service is appropriate for your situation, please consult a suitably qualified specialist first.

A booking is confirmed only after we send you a written confirmation, by email or in writing at the studio. Until then, your request is treated as a preliminary enquiry. We may decline a booking if the requested time is not available or if we believe the service is not the right fit for your situation.
6. Prices and payment
Prices for our programs are shown on the programs page and may be updated from time to time. The price that applies to your booking is the one shown at the time of confirmation. Payment terms and accepted methods will be confirmed in writing during the booking process.
7. Reschedules and cancellations
Life happens. You can reschedule or cancel a session up to twenty-four hours before its start time without any charge. Cancellations made within the last twenty-four hours, or missed appointments, may be charged in full. We will always try to find a kind, sensible solution in exceptional cases.
8. Conduct in the studio
Our studio is a quiet, respectful space. We expect every guest to treat our team, other guests and the premises with the same respect. We may end a session and refuse future bookings if anyone behaves in a way that is disrespectful, harmful or unlawful.
9. External links
Our site may include links to other websites for your convenience. We are not responsible for the content of those sites or for any consequences of visiting them. The presence of a link does not imply endorsement.
10. Limitation of liability
The site is provided on an “as is” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or our content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited under Finnish law.
