This return policy explains how cancellations, refunds and exchanges work for the consultation programs offered by Beautyearthdynam. It is written in plain language because we want every guest to feel comfortable before, during and after a program.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all paid consultation programs purchased through our studio at Mannerheimintie 12 B in Helsinki, by phone or by email. It works alongside our terms of use and respects your statutory rights as a consumer under Finnish law and the European Union consumer protection directives.
2. Right of withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you generally have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason. If you change your mind within fourteen days of purchasing a program and the first session has not yet taken place, you can request a full refund.
If you would like the program to begin within the fourteen-day window, we will ask you to confirm this in writing. In that case, your right of withdrawal ends once the first session is delivered, in line with EU rules on services that the consumer has expressly asked to start sooner.
3. Reschedules
- You can reschedule a session free of charge up to twenty-four hours before its start time.
- You can move a session up to twice within the duration of a Calm Month or Home Visit program.
- For repeated last-minute changes we may suggest a different time slot or a friendly conversation about what would suit you better.
4. Cancellations within 24 hours
A session cancelled less than twenty-four hours before its start, or a no-show, may be charged in full. We make exceptions for genuine emergencies — please simply let us know and we will be kind about it.
5. Partial refunds for multi-session packs
If you have started a multi-session pack and decide it is not the right fit, we will refund the unused sessions on a pro-rata basis. The refund is calculated as the original price minus the value of the sessions already delivered and a small administrative fee where applicable.
6. Home Visit programs
For the Home Visit program, please be aware that the on-site portion involves travel and preparation time. If you cancel the visit on the same day, the visit fee may be retained to cover that preparation. Follow-up emails included in the pack will still be honoured.
7. Gift programs
Programs purchased as a gift can be transferred to another person before the first session, provided the new recipient agrees to our terms. Once a session has been delivered, gift programs follow the same rules as standard purchases.
8. How to request a refund
To request a refund or to discuss your options, please write to us through the contacts page or visit the studio in person. Please include:
- The name on the booking and your contact details.
- The program you purchased and, if possible, the receipt or order number.
- A short reason for your request, so we can suggest the best path forward.
We aim to acknowledge every request within one working day and to complete eligible refunds within fourteen days, using the original payment method.
9. Exceptional circumstances
If the Studio has to cancel a session for any reason (illness, weather, technical issues), we will offer either a free reschedule or a full refund of that session, at your choice.
10. Disputes
We hope you will always feel comfortable raising any concern directly with us. If a disagreement cannot be solved, you may contact the Finnish Consumer Disputes Board (Kuluttajariitalautakunta) or the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
11. Updates
We may revise this policy from time to time. The date above always shows the most recent update. The policy that applies to your booking is the one in force on the day you purchased your program.
